Originally planted by Rob and Elaine Hartland, Overlooking Christian Fellowship is a local church plant located in the barangay of Sibulan, just outside of Dumaguete, Philippines. The church ministers to the local community through Bible studies, home groups, Sunday services, visitations, and pastoral care. There is also a strong emphasis on the discipleship and mentoring of youth.

Overlooking also runs a sponsorship programme, which allows primary and secondary school aged children to attend local schools and receive education. This programme also provides some basic necessities, such as rice, school supplies, and school fees for the children. As a result of this programme, many parents and families have began attending church, and some have come to faith.

Ambassador has also partnered with Overlooking in a number of mission trips, and have been privileged to witness God’s work in the Philippines through their church. We pray that our partnership will continue to a source of encouragement as we work together for the sake of the gospel.
